Install Jenkins 2.263.1 on windows does not work

Step 1: Visit Jenkins Downloads link and download the LTS war for windows

Step 2: Run the jenkins.msi file

At this point, you should be redirected to the Unlock Jenkins screen. However, you get an error page with url as http://localhost:8080

Conclusion:

Version 2.263.1 installer seems buggy. Hence do not install it for windows at least.
